We have our basic package and our premium, which uses lower end and top quality certified replacement parts. For instance, we allow the option to use an aftermarket screen replacement for a refurbish or an OEM ( Original Equipment Manufactured)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?
Reapirs, Modifications, and Computer Builds vary depending on parts and processes being done to an item. A screen repair can be different depending on the device, so this can result in a different time from for a device. This concept follows for all of our categories. We provided a free quote to help provide a service estimate.

HOW IS PRICING CALCULATED
The pricing being calculated varies depending on the device, what needs to be done, the time to complete this task, and the materials needed. All prices are fairly thought out and considered up front or during our estimated quote. We do provide different options based on each individuals budget and expectations. Depending on the request, we offer packages.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTIES?
Here at TekSpec, ensuring that the client's needs are met in the most efficient way is our goal. If an individual happens to have any technological issues after a repair, build, or modification, then we will look into the issue and fix it free of charge. This process will be redeemable if client has receipt from day of repair.
HOW DO TRADE-INS AND SELLING WORK?
We do allow three available services. Trading in a device ,buying a device from a client, and selling devices. Our system works on market based value, this means that a fair price will be given depending on the device and it's condition. When selling our devices, we do provide new and used and prices will also be based off of our market based ideology. Trade-ins work for the same device or one of the same value
